Thiago was, for more than 8 years, a partner in the Criminal Law Firm founded by Arnaldo Malheiros Filho, where he has played a relevant role in national and international criminal cases of major repercussion.
He has wide experience managing criminal case portfolios for national and multinational companies, as well as in corporate crisis management.
Thiago also has extensive experience in implementing preventive instruments, such as compliance measures and internal investigations.
