Suzana worked as a lawyer in relevant corporate restructurings, wealth and succession planning, corporate governance implementation, contract structuring, foreign investment in Brazil, Brazilian investment abroad, and M&A transactions.
In addition to her strong performance in all the aforementioned, she always works alongside the tax and litigation teams, which provides a broad view of the client’s business in order to find the most assertive solution.
During the time Suzana lived in Paris, she also joined an American law firm, assisting with the implementation of the Brazilian Desk.
