Renata has extensive experience in criminal law, particularly in economic criminal law. She has long been involved in police investigations, civil inquiries, and public and private criminal proceedings, representing both crime victims and individuals under investigation in the resolution of disputes.

Her practical experience, combined with a strong academic background, has also translated into extensive expertise in advisory work, particularly in drafting legal opinions and providing advisory services.
