Natália has over a decade of experience in a well-established criminal law firm, where she was involved in strategic decision-making across a broad range of proceedings, including large-scale operations, particularly those related to economic criminal law.

She has extensive experience in litigation, having handled many police investigations and criminal proceedings, representing both defendants and crime victims.

• Co-organizer of the book “Direito Penal à luz do STF – Uma abordagem crítica às mais relevantes decisões da Suprema Corte em matéria criminal”, [Criminal Law in Light of the STF – A Critical Analysis of the Supreme Court’s Most Relevant Criminal Law Decisions], published by the National School of Advocacy (ESA).
• Author of several articles in legal journals.
• Co-author of the article “As negociações de alta frequência e a tutela penal do mercado de capitais” [High-frequency trading and the criminal protection of the capital market], in the work Contemporary Law – Studies of the Criminal Law Committee of CESA.
