Mylena has extensive experience in Corporate Law, Contracts, and M&A, with a strong track record in all stages of company acquisitions, including due diligence, contract drafting and negotiation, business consulting, estate and tax planning, corporate restructurings, as well as the formation and dissolution of foreign companies.

Her practical approach, combined with an academic background, has also translated into experience in drafting legal opinions across transactions of all sizes.
