Lawyer with experience in Administrative and Regulatory Law, Contract Law and Civil Litigation, focusing on the strategic handling of judicial and administrative proceedings.

In Civil Litigation, he handles cases across different types of proceedings and procedural stages, from defining legal strategies and arguments to drafting pleadings, attending hearings and delivering oral arguments before courts.

Previously, he worked in Administrative and Regulatory Law, handling matters before the Brazilian National Regulatory Agency for Private Health Insurance and Plans (ANS), including Preliminary Intermediation Notices (NIPs), administrative sanctioning proceedings, lawsuits seeking the annulment of penalties, and matters related to reimbursements to the Brazilian Unified Health System (SUS), as well as disputes involving private health insurance providers.

In Contract Law, he has experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating service agreements, real estate purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs). He also has experience managing legal matters related to corporate real estate assets and providing legal advice to business areas.
