Labor and Employment Litigation and Advisory

Felipe Meleiro Fernandes has extensive experience in labor and employment law, advising companies on strategic matters related to employment relations, in both litigation and advisory matters.

He has significant experience in strategic labor and employment litigation, preventive legal counseling, union relations and collective bargaining, compensation and executive matters, as well as in the development and review of labor and employment compliance programs.

A lawyer and professor, he is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Labor Law and Social Security at the University of São Paulo Law School (USP). He holds a Master’s degree in Legal Studies in International Law from Must University and postgraduate degrees in Labor Law and Labor Procedure from the University of São Paulo Law School (USP) and in Civil Litigation from Fundação Escola Superior do Ministério Público (FMP).

He is a researcher at the “O Trabalho Além do Direito do Trabalho” Research Center (NTADT-USP), Secretary for Institutional Relations of the São Paulo State Bar Association (OAB/SP) before the Regional Labor Court of the 2nd Region, a member of the Escola Paulista da Advocacia Trabalhista and a Deliberative Council Member of the São Paulo Labor Lawyers Association (AATSP). He also teaches at the School of the Brazilian Association of Labor Lawyers (ABRAT).
