Rebecca Maduro is a partner in DSA’s Energy and Regulated Markets practice, with experience in legal, regulatory and contractual matters related to the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Her practice covers hydroelectric, wind, solar, biomass and thermal generation projects, as well as distributed generation, transmission, energy trading and initiatives related to the energy transition. She also has experience in litigation and arbitration involving the sector.

She holds a Master’s degree from the Institute of Energy and Environment of the University of São Paulo (USP), an Executive MBA in the Electricity Sector from FGV Management, and specializations in contracts, financial markets, structured transactions and Energy Law.

She is the author of articles and studies on regulation, energy integration and efficiency, sustainability, ESG and the energy transition, and takes part in national and international forums and debates related to the sector.
