DSA Advogados adds labor partner Fernandes

Donelli e Zenid – DSA Advogados has incorporated Felipe Meleiro Fernandes as a partner, who will lead the firm’s labor law department together with his team of attorneys. The move strengthens the firm’s employment practice as it seeks to expand its presence in the São Paulo legal market.

Felipe Meleiro Fernandes specializes in labor law and procedure, having studied at the University of São Paulo (USP). He holds a master’s degree in International Law from Must University and is currently pursuing a further master’s degree in Labor Law and Social Security at USP.

He also serves as Director of Union Training at the São Paulo Lawyers Union (SASP), is a member of the School of the Brazilian Association of Labor Lawyers (ABRAT), and acts as Secretary of Institutional Relations for the São Paulo Bar Association (OAB/SP) before the 2nd Regional Labor Court (TRT 2).
