Suzana has extensive experience as a lawyer in significant corporate restructurings, estate and succession planning, implementation of corporate governance practices, contract structuring, foreign investment in Brazil and outbound Brazilian investment, and M&A transactions.

In addition to strong performance in these areas, she works closely with tax and litigation teams, which provides a comprehensive understanding of the client’s business and enables more effective solutions.

She worked at an American law firm while residing in Paris, contributing to the implementation of the Brazilian Desk.
